This series:
Basics of mindfulness and meditation
6 weeks: January 7-February 11
Cost: $100
The first series will be 6 weeks and cover the basics of mindfulness and meditation. (Becoming present, the power of thought, attachment & resistance, self-compassion, finding your meditation posture, mindfulness practices, basic breath techniques, tips to sustain a successful home practice, etc.)
