Begin your day centered and alive in your body and mind with this morning meditation. We’ll get the energy flowing with some gentle qigong and energy focusing, practice mindfulness techniques for becoming present; and explore teachings and techniques to help you stay centered, grounded, and energized throughout your day.

This series will explore how to use meditation teachings and techniques to cope with and decrease stress in the body and mind, especially as empaths. We’ll build upon the foundation of basic techniques we covered in the first series, but all levels of experience are welcome.

A supportive group for girls growing up in modern times. We cover the basics of mindfulness & meditation, navigating strong emotions and tough relational moments, and cultivating lifelong attitudes of loving kindness towards oneself and others.
