A meditation and support group for highly sensitive people (HSPs), empaths, sensitive souls, and anyone who’s learned the habit of abandoning self in order to stay connected to others (and likely picked up anxiety along the way).
This series:
Coping with Stress
6 weeks: March 4 - April 8
